Throughout the history of photography, technological advances in optics, camera production, developing, and imaging have had an effect on the way people view images. When it comes to taking quality photographs, you need to know what lenses you should use, and when you need to use them. Digital photography was used in astronomy long before its use by the general public and had almost completely displaced photographic plates by the early 1980s. Modern digital cameras have comparable noise/grain at the same ISO as film cameras. You should learn about lenses, exposure, and other basic techniques used in the many different types of photography. Color photography was first explored beginning in the mid 1800s. There is lots of information here for anyone with a personal or professional interest in photography. Currently digital photography, disposable cameras and even camera-phones continue to make photography part of our lives. Fashion photography emphasizes the clothes or product, glamour emphasizes the model. Photojournalism can be considered a subset of editorial photography.

Spotted the duplicated head position and liked the layering of real people and photos of people. Also liked the irony of taking candid shots of people inside and outside a formal photographic studio. The reflection from the street lighting and the womans expression inside the shop adds to overall depth though, I've got to admit these weren't spotted until processing.
